Feel: Compare everyday cotton with softer jersey. The BELLA + CANVAS 3001 is a lightweight 4.2 oz. option; the Gildan 5000 has a more substantial 5.3 oz. fabric.
Weight: For a heavier look, explore garment-dyed Comfort Colors 1717 or the 7.5 oz. Shaka Wear SHMHSS. For active wear, the Sport-Tek ST100 uses moisture-wicking polyester.
Fit: Check each size chart. A relaxed heavyweight shirt and a contoured jersey tee can fit differently, even when the size labels match.

2. Add your artwork
Next, use Create Design or Upload Design on the product page. Add artwork you have permission to use and select an available print location.
3. Review your order
Then enter sizes and quantities. Check your garment colors, artwork placement and configured price before adding to cart.
4. Check out
Finally, review your cart and checkout details. Confirm any required event date and pickup or shipping arrangements with our team.

Before you order custom tee shirts
A few details make it easier to choose apparel and plan your print order.
How much do custom tee shirts cost?
Your garment, quantity, sizes, artwork colors and print locations affect the total. Review the configured product price or request a bulk quote. Blank-shirt prices do not include the full cost of decoration.
What is the minimum order?
Our published screen-printing minimum is 12 pieces. The custom DTF transfer product has no minimum. Ask us to confirm the requirements for your specific finished-garment order.
What artwork should I upload?
Use your original, highest-quality file and specify the intended print size. The garment design tool lists SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF, GIF, PDF and EPS uploads up to 25 MB. DTF transfers have separate PNG preparation requirements.
Can I mix sizes and colors?
For screen printing, sizes and shirt colors can be mixed when artwork and ink colors stay the same. Confirm style combinations, larger-size charges and current color availability before ordering.
Can you meet my event date?
Tell us the date you need your shirts in hand before placing an order. Production time and rush availability depend on the job and must be confirmed. Review rush printing options.
Where do I pick up, and can you ship?
Our shop is at 701 N Maclay Ave, San Fernando, CA 91340. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before pickup. Ask us to confirm shipping methods, costs and expected arrival for your order.
